About FOREST

"If a creature (no matter whether it has the archery ability or not) is facing another creature that is in a forest square, the ifempty, ifsame, and ifenemy instructions should all return false."

The FOREST type of terrain seems doing no differnce to the judgement of "ifempty" and the bold part above about the result of "ifempty" seems redundant, since that's just how "ifempty" works. However, there is also no explicit description about how "ifempty" acts on "empty FOREST squares". So is the bold part above redundant?
